Sahale Ale Works. Suh-Holla. A mountain in Washington State. High Place. This was the inspiration for Matt when he was opening his own brewery. He wanted to commemorate an influential month long trip to the back country in the Pacific Northwest. Thankfully, though, Matt found his way out of the back country and onto a brewery floor. He worked a variety of positions in a variety of breweries, from Colorado to Wisconsin and a few in between. His dream of being a nutritionist has been fulfilled, in our opinion.
