Today we remember Saint Jonah, Metropolitan of Moscow, a devoted monk and leader who guided the Russian Church through challenging times in the 15th century. From his early monastic life to his role as Metropolitan, Saint Jonah showed deep faith and pastoral care. Saint Jonah is known for his prayers that saved Moscow from a Tatar attack and for his holy life that inspired many. His relics were found incorrupt and he is honored as a wonderworker and protector of the Orthodox faithful.Support the show
