Saint Theodosius of the Kiev Caves and Virgin Martyr Susanna

Today we remember Saint Theodosius, also known as Prince Theodore of Ostrog, who was known for his defense of Orthodoxy and his later monastic life in the Kiev Caves. He played a significant role in military and religious struggles in Volhynia and beyond before becoming a monk. We also honor Virgin Martyr Susanna of Rome, a young woman who remained faithful to Christ despite persecution. Her family, connected to the emperor Diocletian, faced exile and martyrdom for their Christian faith.Support the show
