A case in which the Court held that an individual has standing to maintain a suit when he acquires a "judicially cognizable" interest in ensuring compliance with a previous judgment in his favor. The Court also held that a court may not order an injunction in a case when it fails to consider all the circumstances bearing on the need for preventive relief.
