So welcome to the Bea Bold in Business podcast, and I cannot wait for you to take your invitation to be bold in your business too. Let's pass these Money Mindset blog, shall we? What's really important is to, I mean, let's be frank here, Money Mindset, this is so talked about online, it's so prevalent, and it's a really, really dominant topic in the online space. I want to, my aim in this podcast episode is to cut all of the BS and talk directly to each of you that have left me any comments around Money Mindset, blocks are unsettling, blocks about making more profit, making your business successful, expanding to the next level, and give you direct support to bust through these Money Mindset blogs and actually recognize that they are not Money Mindset blogs, they are just thought patterns that we need to redirect.

So when it comes to Money Mindset, of course, there is so much to do in this space, but the bottom line is this, do you believe it's possible? Do you believe it's possible? That is our primary question. Always, do I believe it's possible?

I want to make more money, do I believe it's possible? I want to have a sellout launch, do I believe it's possible? I want to make $50K, do I believe it's possible? I want to pay for my family to go on holiday, do I believe it's possible?

Before you do any other work, strategy, timeline, services, all of these things, the first thing you've got to ask yourself is do I believe it's possible? If that answer is no, we need to start there. Why not? Do you not feel prepared enough?

Do you not feel supported enough? Do you not know enough? Do you need a mentor? Do you not have all of the strategies in place?

Do you need more support? Like if you don't believe it's possible, why not? Do you not feel like you can hold money? Do you not feel confident around money?

Well, then we need to start there. Do we believe it's possible? So I have got some incredible blocks that have come up from inside my broadcast channel, which I want to share with you here on this amazing podcast to give you this hardcore, hard hitting, let's go to bust through these money mindset blocks. Right.

So the first one, this came up a lot. Some weird feelings and links between profit and being of service and actually providing value. Someone else saying that profit is a priority for me, someone else, self belief, I can sell for anyone else, but not for myself. Alignment feeling like I shouldn't and I can't ask for it.

So there's a theme there around feeling awkward about saying that profit is a priority, feeling all about asking for sale, and a bit of a weird link and alignment between the sale and the value of the sale and the value of your service and feeling like it's enough. So let's talk to this person for almost number one. If profit is not a priority in your business as a business owner, no one should work with you. Because your main reason for serving others is to be able to make an impact, correct?

You cannot make an impact if you do not feel safe and secure in the work that you're doing. You cannot truly make an impact on people's lives if you do not feel safe and secure in your business and you will not feel safe and secure in your business. If you don't feel like it's able to support you, if your business is able to allow you to actually do business from a place of purpose and not from a place of panic or fear. So if profit is not a priority in your business, you are not going to be able to impact people in the way that you truly know that you can.

Now this is not to say that you're a money grabout, you're greedy, you're doing this for the money, you're not doing it because you don't want to help people. These are all wounds and past traumas that are being replicated and passed on and projected in our common society. Any business, this is a great rule that I live by. The more I earn, the more I can give.

The more I earn, the more I can give. And this has just changed everything for me. The more I earn, the more I can give to my family, the more I can give to my loved ones, the more I can give to my life, the more I can give to charities and the work that I want to do, the more I can give to my passions, the more I can give to my clients, the more gifts and generosity that we want to do. The more gifts and generosity that we can create.

So the more I earn, the more I can give, the more I can actually create a real impact on the people that I love and the passions that I have. So selling in your business and making money in your business is not taboo. It is not wrong. It doesn't make you greedy or toxic.

Selling in your business will allow you to serve and make a big, wide impact. And selling in your business allows you to serve people that are ready to be served. And this is really important when you have a link between not wanting to sell or feeling icky about selling. Not everyone is ready to buy and that's okay.

But if people are ready to buy from you, if people know they need your help, if people are ready to take this step, like how incredible is that? When someone comes to you in your email or your DM or if you know what, I'm ready to do this work. I am ready to show up for myself and I have to work with you. Oh my gosh, how empowering is that?

You are wanting to hold a safe space for those people. If someone comes to you and they are ready to do the work and you are saying, oh, can I get back to you? I'm having this in place. I need to sort this out.

I'll send you this link and that link. How is that bio going to feel? So this is also about making sure that you are creating a safe buying experience for people that are ready to buy from you. And this is imperative in a service based business space.

So really think about that. Not everyone is ready to buy and that is okay. You earn more and how is you to give more and create more and oh, gosh, just that oozing abundance of energy and love and support and passion. And also the people that are ready to buy, you want to be able to hold a confident safe secure space for them.

And that is just the most empowering relationship that you can build with any other human. I'm ready to do this work with you. Right, I am ready to work with you. How amazing is that as an energetic transaction between two people?

Someone ready to serve and someone ready to do the work. That's bliss. So in order for you to create these blissful exchanges where people are ready to buy, people are ready, you also need to be ready. And this is where a lot of the work comes from.

You need to be ready. Are you ready to serve your clients to a higher level? Are you ready to hold the capacity for a mastermind? Are you ready to step up as the authority that you know that you want to be?

Are you ready? And if you're not quite there, that is okay. But then stop trying to force the sale and stop trying to push the financial goal and do this work first. That is why it's saying a block because you are not actually working through the block.

You're trying to push up against it. And then we get no leads and we get noes and we get not right now. And then your negative confirmation bias confirms all of this. You go back down into a little box, you stop stepping up, you stop selling and the negative of no one's buying continues in your world.

Right? Yes. So the first thing you need to do is really make sure you are ready to meet the readiness of your buyers. And this also follows on from another question.

If it's the right service and if people would pay high ticket. Here's the thing. Someone will buy someone will go to the cinema and just buy the tickets and someone else will go to the cinema and buy £10 pick a mix which gets you like three straws these days by a large drink by a hot dog by some nachos and also probably then in half time by another large drink. There is always going to be a different level and scale to buying behaviors.

And that is okay. And that is why most businesses has a service suite has a layered buying experience. So if you feel like the right people are not coming into your high ticket. There are two things that could be happening.

One, have you kind of like your audience too quickly with low ticket offers and you're over delivering in your low ticket offers. If you over deliver your low ticket, no one's going to come to high ticket. And number two, you don't make that your priority and you skirt around the edges. You're like, Oh, you could do that.

Why don't you join this instead? Oh, but I'm doing this when you come to that. So if you want to attract high ticket clients, you must make that priority and you also must make sure that you are creating and listen to another podcast. I've done around how to sell without selling that will really help you actually.

So that would be the two things I would say on that in terms of are they the right people. Another one that's come up a lot around belief believing in the long term consistency self belief making it a consistent thing. Getting past the am I able to invest having consistency and understanding of self psychology, getting past the I'm not ready. Right.

There you go. That's a lot. So the consistency around selling and the belief in the long term consistency is really important because this is a great example. And again, I will always try and give you tangible examples so that you can see how this could relate to you in your business.

Let's take Range Rover. Range Rover will have cars that people go and test drive and never buy. But does that mean that they don't sell Range Rover's anymore and they don't hit their targets? No.

People will walk into the Apple store and buy nothing touch an iPad, play the phone and leave. But does that mean that they aren't able to sell and hit their targets? No. People will come and download your freebies and never work with you, but they'll stay on your list forever.

People will come into your world and listen to all of your podcast episodes, not take action on any of it and just keep going where they are. Your job is to remain consistent in your ability to serve, not consistent based on your non buyers. Exactly the same for Range Rover or Apple. They are not remaining consistent with their non buyers.

So, okay, we will not bring out a new fleet of cars because these ones didn't sell. So we're just going to keep trying to sell these ones for the next 10 years. We won't provide a new iPhone or a new Mac or a new color because this one didn't work. This one didn't sell out.

There is a constant ability to raise the standard of your service, not lower it to the person that's not buying. So if you are feeling like you're struggling to stay consistent because people are buying, I hear you, I hear you. If you're finding it hard to stay consistent with the long term strategy, these things will happen. If we don't stay consistent with the long term strategy, you are going to continue to be a feast and famine and chaos.

If you do not prioritize the long term strategy, you might have quick hard wins, but they will not be sustainable. Enter feast and famine chaos. If you do not stay consistent, you will have an irregular pattern of clients and the caliber that they come in at. Enter feast famine chaos.

So this idea of consistency for your business, this idea of the belief in staying consistent, even when people are buying is absolutely vital for you to be able to sell for the long term and sell to a higher caliber of client. I will daily talk about my mastermind, but do I daily have people joining? No, but by my expectation, my ability to serve, my ability to hold space for people, my ability to make that the focus and about making an introduction to the people that I want inside. That is going to mean that when people are ready, they know the expectation.

When people are ready, they know what to expect. When people are ready, they come to me and they're ready. So it reduces the time it takes for someone to convert. So it's really, really important.

I mean, think about this money mindset block. The longer you stay focused on, I will be more consistent when I get more clients is the exact reason you will not get more clients. I will show up more when more people start engaging is the exact reason people not be engaging. A long term strategy, think about Range Rover Apple, right?

There is always going to be a shortfall in any business where this service doesn't sell as much as that or this thing goes out quicker than that. This launches better than that launch rates and different times of the year, et cetera. But your job is to focus on the service that you are offering, not on trying to convert the non buyer. If you consistently try and convert the non buyer, you are going to change your services, change your boundaries, over-promise, overcompensate and actually then feel quite resentful about what's happening in your business.

So, raise up to the people that you want to be bringing into your business. Raise up to the people that you want to be serving in your business. Raise up to the clients that you do want to serve. And what's important here is, if they don't buy today but they buy next month, what's better?

The fact that they've bought and they're ready to buy clients or the fact that they bought a month later, it doesn't count now, you are building a business for the long term. You are not building a business just to hit your target this month. You're building a business to hit your target every month. You're building your business to hit your target every quarter.

You're building your business to hit your target forever. And if that means that it comes in different iterations, whilst you get this level off and you look at this work, that is more important than selling before you are able to actually sell to the person that you really want to bring in. So, if you have a money mindset block around consistency, really think about that. Do I want a business and family in my business?

No, then I need to remain consistent. I need to be selling even when people are buying. I need to be talking about my offering when people are buying because when they do buy, they're going to be the right people. They're going to be an aligned match and this is going to be an empowered mutual relationship.

So, that is that money mindset block. The next money mindset block is no one's going to pay for my services. You're right, not everyone is going to buy your services. But if you focus on who's not buying, you're never going to sell anything.

Not is not about the people that are not willing to buy. They are there for different reasons. Okay. The people that are not your buyers are there for different reasons.

And we'll talk about that another time. The buyers that you want to focus on. Right. So, let's say this in 10 people, one of those will be willing to pay for your service.

Why is that they value the work that you do? You have aligned goals, energy, purpose, vision. They get it. That is the person you want to talk to.

You want to be talking to this one to 10% of your audience. You want to make sure that you are pricing your services for this one to 10% already. And yes, you might be thinking, hang on Sam. I want to maximize my profit.

I want to make sure that I'm getting the maximum sales 100%. If you know your conversion rate and you know your conversion strategy, you're able to optimize and set yourself up for success way more than selling to the wrong people that they might default, not do the work, not get the results, not come back, not have retention in your business. So, this is really important. Recognize that not everyone will buy from you.

And that's okay. But the people that will are the creme de la creme, the people that are ready. How are you marketing to them? How are you raising your marketing, your online presence to speak to that minority and not just the majority?

And this is an art form of your separate episode on things around marketing to your followers and to your buyers. That's an art form. But the basic principle here is if you have that mindset block, no one's going to pay for that service. The majority of people won't expect that.

Surrender to that. Accept that. But what's more important is people will people will buy your service and why? Why will they buy your service?

How can you make your service, your marketing, your visibility, your messaging, your sales experience, focus on the people that do want to buy. And that's where the real block is. I don't know who needs my service. That's the real block.

I don't know who my buyer is. So get clear on that. When you're crystal clear on who your buyer is, there isn't a doubt that, oh no one's going to buy because you know no one will buy, but you do know who will. You're confident in who will buy because you know who you are selling to.

You want to get really clear on that. So, some mindset blocks. Hopefully we have unpacked them. If you're in my broadcast channel, some of you will have heard your blocks.
