Join Host Ron Small as he welcomes Salim Asrawi, President and Co-Founder of Texas de Brazil, where he has directed operations, brand development and expansion since 1998. This family-owned Brazilian Steak House started in Addison, Texas on October 13, 1998 and has expanded to nearly 70 restaurants as of the writing of this introduction in September of 2025. Joining us as a "mystery guest" is Steak House Hall of Fame Founder, Bob Sambol (also the Founder of Bob's Steak & Chop House in Dallas) who congratulates Salim for his recent induction into the Steak House Hall of Fame.
