Sally in HR
from #SECURETHESEAT Hosted by Minda Harts
On this week’s episode of Secure The Seat, I interview Kelechi Okafor aka Kelechnekoff. She is an actor, director and dance innovator who facilitates self-actualization through dance. Kelechi created the character #SallyInHR as a way to address the micro and macro aggressions faced by marginalized communities in the workplace. We even chat with Sally in this episode.
