She is a devoted and passionate Executive Manager who specialises in change management, lean methodologies and process analysis and design with experience within Training and Development, Compliance, Not For Profit, Sporting and Customer Service Industries. She is an engaging presenter whose passion lies in educating, mentoring and inspiring everybody to be the best version of themselves. Sally wholeheartedly believes that the key to increasing swimming participation and water safety lies in the CONNECTION between swimming teachers, parents, swimmers and swimming coaches.
