Salt & Light: Left & Right Pt. 3 - Hands and Feet

When another election cycle comes around, it is tempting to hide our light or lose our saltiness because we adopt the ways of our culture (arguing, demonizing, blaming, justifying). This series is all about maintaining our salt and light regardless if we lean left, middle, apathetic, or right. Matthew 5:13-14 NIV - 13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. 14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. James 13:35 ESV - “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Luke 6:27-28 NIV - “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.” They will know us by our beliefs, politics, opinions, rightness, arguments, gamerscore, fandom, adventures, followers, PR, family pictures, grades, jokes, promotions, likes, ______ LOVE.
