Growing up with eczema, her mom introduced me to the therapeutic properties of salt water and sand exfoliation, fostering an early appreciation for the ocean. She finds that proximity to large bodies of water provides her with mental clarity and restoration, particularly during demanding periods in life. Ameesha strongly believes the ocean serves as a powerful reminder of our interconnectedness with water and the natural world. Whether she's reading, people-watching, or simply listening to the rhythm of the waves, the beach remains her most reliable space for reflection and renewal. Follow Ameesah on Instagram @samplesizeofonepod  PODCAST LINKS:Leave a review! on Apple and Spotify and share it with your friends!Want to share your beach story? https://thebeachspeaks.com/contactPurchase your Beach Speaks coastal essence room spray! https://sahuoils.com/meagldSupport the podcast on Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/user?u=77845359 Subscribe to the Podcast: https://thebeachspeaks.com/Listen and Subscribe on YouTubeInstagram https://www.instagram.com/thebeachspeaks/Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TheBeachSpeaks
