Jordyn, a Michigan State junior (and forward), and Sam, a 5th-year defender at the University of Iowa, are just getting back into the swing of soccer after a bit of time off in the summer. These fast friends and friendly rivals chat about the excitement of starting up again, the rigors of soccer pre-season, passing the spark test, mandatory ice baths, and discovering that they actually play each other in the last game of the season.
