Sam Dighton is CEO of the Committee for Adelaide and is what we term a 'Boomerang' - someone who was originally from South Australian, moved abroad and has now returned. Sam reflects on his time spent overseas, including working as a lawyer, cheesemaker and with the London Office of the Agent General for South Australia.
