Sam Kooris – Buying in Today's NYC

Today we sit down with Alchemy Ventures co-founder, Sam Kooris. Alchemy Ventures has been directly responsible for the acquisition, financing and repositioning of over 25 buildings in Brooklyn, all within the last four years. The portfolio is valued in excess of $125,000,000.  I thought to have Sam on the show as he was one of the most active buyers in NYC in 2020.  One of the most common questions investors are asking today is: "who is buying NYC?"...Sam and I discuss his answer to that question and the positive and negative issues surrounding that topic.
