Arizona State Sun Devils football was delivered a hefty blow on Wednesday when Kenny Dillingham announced Sam Leavitt was out for 2-4 weeks with a rib injury he sustained in the team's win over the Utah Utes. Leavitt has been rock-solid for the Sun Devils through six games, guiding Arizona State to a 5-1 record. With Leavitt out short term, veteran Jeff Sims is set to take over as the starting quarterback for this week's game against the Cincinnati Bearcats at a minimum.
