Sam Poker and fear of losing money

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam about fear and the game of poker. Sam has mentioned that poker is a microcosm of life and there is a lot to be learned from the art of poker. Sam discusses with me how the fear of loss will crush a poker player. It not until a player can learn to get beyond the fear of losing money that they can become a better player. When money is at stake it makes this a difficult mindset to achieve which is why its all the more important to master.
