This week we travel to Houston with a few members of The Bklyn Combine. Their Texas trip was punctuated with a special visit from brilliant change agent/educator, Samad Hinton. He shares his thoughts on everything from gentrification and education music and food. Join us as we catch up with an old friend. We are the Brooklyn Combine, a not-for-profit community organization. We work with schools, community organizations, and dedicated city officials to help provide mentorship, critical education, leadership, and social support programs to youth and young adults in low-income and underserved communities. http://cuchararestaurant.com http://projectrowhouses.org http://tlynnfaz.com
