Samantha Fish, Sniff 'n' the Tears' Paul Roberts and Foghat's Bryan Bassett

from '60s '70s '80s - Warm, Candid, Classic, Rock Interviews with Music Legends - A BREATH OF FRESH AIR · host Sandy Kaye

She's young, she's passionate and she is oh so talented. I'm talking about guitarist SAMANTHA FISH who's taking the world by storm with her latest album, Faster. I caught up with Samantha to discover a young woman hell bent on making the best music she can, and she's not fussed if that pursuit costs her the opportunity to become a mother. He's responsible for one of the best one-hit-wonders of all time but he is so much more than that. PAUL ROBERTS founded the band SNIFF AND THE TEARS in the early 70's and the song DRIVER'S SEAT climbed to number one in 1992 when an ad for car stereos brought it to the attention of a whole new audience. Today Paul is still making music but he's also a fabulous artist -join me as we meet the man this week. English Blues and rock band FOGHAT came to America after a successful stint as SAVOY BROWN. Guitarist BRYAN BASSETT joined them after his band WILD CHERRY had disbanded and together they continue to wow audiences everywhere. BRYAN joins me this week to explain the genesis of the group and the appeal their music still holds. Do  you have an artist from the 60's, 70's or 80's that you'd like to hear from? I would love to get them onto the show for you. And perhaps you'd like to say hi to them too? It's super easy. All you have to do is reach out to me and request them.
