Podfic Text-to-Speech (TTS) reading of Same Old Fire by movacc Cover Art movacc Summary The last time Sirius had seen Remus, Sirius had willed him to say all sorts of things, but all he'd said was "I have a job," and Sirius said "Okay, be safe." He had wanted to say much more, himself, but what could he say? "Sorry?" He wasn't sorry! And if it wasn't "sorry," what was it, and what would that conversation have even led to? And, in any case, there was no time to get into anything anyway, because Remus had a job to get to, and when was there ever time anymore, so he just let Remus walk out the door and spent the rest of the day tinkering uselessly with the motorcycle and high out of his mind, muttering under his breath to himself about how annoyed he was about the entire situation like a crazy person. --- Sirius hasn't seen Remus in fucking months so he takes it into his own hands to find him, because he'll be damned if Remus avoids this conversation any longer.
