Same same or different

I agree, the professional marketplace is crowded.   At the bottom, where the majority will do the bare minimum and expect the absolute maximum.   Where they dress the same Act the same Think the same Behave the same Talk the same  Sound the same   There's nothing wrong with having a corporate career, but if you're going to do so, at least don't follow the masses in their lax, complacent and entitled behaviour and attitudes.    Listen to my latest episode on Constructing You where I share three ways to create a degree of differentiation immediately.
