Sami Zayn IS WWE's Most Interesting Character

from Wrestle Chop: WWE Wrestling Podcast

Cody Rhodes, Gunther and special guest referee Sami Zayn dominated the first 30-40 minutes of SmackDown, delivering some of the best storytelling WWE has produced in weeks. This wasn't just one great promo or one great match. WWE built an entire opening portion of the show around Cody Rhodes, Gunther, and Sami Zayn, and every piece of it worked. The tension, the character development, the interactions, and the in-ring action all came together to create must-see television. The rest of the show featured King and Queen of the Ring qualifying matches, including Charlotte Flair vs. Liv Morgan and Jey Uso vs. Javon Evans. Both tournaments continue to feel important, and WWE has done an excellent job making every advancement matter. The biggest surprise for me continues to be Sami Zayn. This version of Sami is simply more entertaining. He's unpredictable, he's got an edge again, and every time he's on screen he feels important. This is my one-take, one-shot, no-edit reaction immediately after SmackDown went off the air. #WWE #SmackDown #CodyRhodes #Gunther #SamiZayn For business related inquiries contact me at: [email protected]
