Samra has 15 years of experience working in talent acquisition and career counselling. Samra felt that even in a modern country such women still struggle at every level within the corporate world. She co-created BBold a career and corporate consultancy with the mission to advance diversity and inclusion within the work place. They assist corporate in their diversity and inclusion program and women who are seeking to develop themselves, their careers and stand out in a competitive workplace.
