Samuel L on a Podcast

In today’s episode, The Guys invite the legendary Samuel L. Jackson into the studio…at least honorarily.  If they’d truly had him on mic, they’re not sure an explicit rating could have been avoided.  But he was there in spirit with what may be the highest Geek Index of all time, and he’s still going!   Listen as The Guys rack up his score, avoid quoting him, and debate about what movies are truly considered “genre movies.”  And for the 167 hours left in the week after listening to this podcast, Jay brings attention to (but is not quite ready to recommend) what may or may not be considered a genre podcast with some big names attached.   In that same spirit, Robbie tells of a new trilogy in a major franchise, then in a wild twist of genre, gets excited about a Dock-umentary soon to come out.  While we listen and watch, Art will be preparing beverages for the pod, from a pod.  It’s all very exciting.
