Samuel Read Talks HyperSloth Games' Dream

from 1985FM Gaming Podcast · host Randy Lo Gudice

In this 1985FM interview the staff catches up with lead designer of HyperSloth Games, Samuel Read. It's been nearly a year since we last spoke with Sam and now--after considerable trials and tribulations--The studio has made Dream a reality. Available on Steam Early Access, Dream follows the subconscious lucidity of Howard Phillips and his indecision towards life. In the interview, Sam tells us what players can expect from Dream's first-person exploration based design, recalls nearly shutting down the company, what it's been like sharing Dream with the community, and the simple joy of Steam trading cards. As usual, we had a great time talking with Sam and hope everyone gets just as much enjoyment listening. Dream is currently available on Steam for $14.99. The early access alpha limits some content, but allows players a chance to help shape the game and get a unique look into the evolution of this ambitious title. For more on Dream visit the game's Steam page or HyperSloth Games' website.
