San Diego Budget, Trash Fee, Point Loma Plane Crash

After weeks of back and forth over controversial cuts and fee increases, today is the day the San Diego City Council is expected to vote on a final budget for the next fiscal year. San Diego city leaders have announced they will move forward with it's trash collection fee for single family homeowners.
