San Diego County State of Emergency, Miramar Road Sinkhole, Farmers Insurance Open

Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency for San Diego County after the storm earlier this week. A large sinkhole in Miramar Road continues to get fixed, after it opened up during the storms.
