San Diego may turn to voters to fix stormwater system

San Diego voters may see a tax measure on the November ballot in order to fund the city's stormwater infrastructure and disaster relief needs following the Jan. 22 storm. Plus, kids today do not have as much time to play freely as in decades past. We take a look at some of the causes, and how kids can benefit from having more unsupervised play time.
