As the search for thousands continue in Nepal after last week's devastating flash floods, a San Diego couple who made the trek to the region is still missing. The woman who stabbed her wife to death at their Ramona home will spend 36 years to life in prison. Chula Vista Police are hitting pause on their plan to use unmanned drones run by surveillance company Flock.
