San Diego Rentals Tax, Flood Anniversary, Padres Truck Day

A proposal to tax short-term rental properties in San Diego would tax $8,000 a year on empty second homes and short-term rental homes. Today marks two years since the devastating floods hit parts of San Diego County, where some areas got almost three inches of rain in just a few hours.
