San Jose becomes first city in CA to sell 'in-law suite' as condo

San Jose has become the first city in the state to approve the sale of an ADU as a separately-owned condo. "National Night Out" is coming up August 4th, and several Bay Area cities are participating. Oakland has seen marked decreases in homicides over the past two years, 52% according to Oakland Police Department data.
