Acclaimed food author and fermentation guru Sandor Katz whose renegade revival of ancient culinary rituals has transformed his relationship with life and death, inspires songwriters Joshua and Jeremiah Zimmerman of The Silent Comedy to create a new track. Sandor Katz is a rock star of the food world. Since 2003 when his book Wild Fermentation was published, he has taught hundreds of workshops demystifying fermentation and empowering people to reclaim this important transformational process in their kitchens.
