Sandy Linter is a makeup artist icon & is considered a historian on makeup from the 1970’s to the present. Her first Vogue cover was in 1974. In 2008 she was given the title of 'Lancome - Beauty at Every Age Expert.' In 2011,V Magazine did a piece on her first book, “Disco Beauty”, which was published in 1980. Disco Beauty has become the ‘Bible” for makeup artists who want to learn vintage makeup In 2014, V Magazine did an another in-depth piece on her called, 'Sandy Linter: The Beautifier.' Her next book, “The Makeup Wakeup"  was released in 2011.  The Makeup Wakeup instructs women over 50 on all the ‘How To’s' - She also has a popular series of videos on her YouTube Channel Sandy Linter Sandy has over 170 magazines  overs like - Vogue, Harpers Bazaar & Cosmopolitan.Sandy Linter was a studio 54 stalwart and is synonymous with disco makeup and with the first supermodel Gia  Carangi.
