Sandy Tang - Masterchef, Journey to the West

In this episode I chat to Sandy Tang, finalist on Masterchef 2020 and now consulting development chef with a new dumpling business in the pipeline! We talk about her experience of Masterchef, from the thrill of the challenges to the less thrilling aftermath and media responses. We discuss where Sandy's passion for cooking comes from and where she gets inspiration from nowadays, as well as her love for fried chicken.
