when people show you who they are believe them especially when they're connected to the roots of our foundation in which we stand.  bystanders we are by Ways and Means Committees.... civil in need of better services....  our government our policing. our sanitation or environmental control... but can we control the people that live within the environment regardless of who they are......  our Mental Health Services... have become our prime no membership required most needed social service.....  I mean without a "Stephen" how could there be a any money in the bank to solve all 20's that we might give along the way but get less than perfect services.... so we continue to build our capacities with in one conversation you thought I was talking about government..... that too  and.......  but .....  I'm talking about the external forces I'm talking about evaluation the mission oriented Vision to driven or driven by Vision outcome measures.....  the door to more rewarding outcomes for all... come driven!    let's sing this song that improving our overall performance and Community begins with overall type of things...
