Santa Barbara Talks: Andy Caldwell Blasts Proposed $58,000 Pay Raise for SB County Supervisors

The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors want to increase their pay by $58,000 annually. They are set to vote on the matter Tuesday, Feb. 25. Conservative Andy Caldwell has been vocal about the proposed raise, calling it "obscene."
