"My mission is how do we serve our student athletes to the best of our ability, how do we support the co-curricular experience, their academic experience, their athletic experience, having competitive experiences on the track, court, field, the pool. How do we provider leadership, and mentorship, and life skills?" Barsky also talks about her role models and offers tips on how she empowers young athletes.
