Santos Gonzalez Verardo: Building school communities, outcomes vrs conditions, and how to manage transition.

Today I have the privilege of sharing a recent conversation with Santos Verardo. She now helps district and school leaders develop equity-centred decision-making skills, strong and effective school teams, and systems and structures that enhance their work and the work of their teams. Santos has spent the last 25 years working as a teacher, administrator, and leadership coach in San Diego. She supports district, school, and teacher leaders navigating challenging and complex educational landscapes as a leadership coach, management consultant and training facilitator.  We talked about many interesting topics including how to build communities, school outcomes vrs. conditions, and how to get crystal clear on your leadership and vision.
