Sanya Richards-Ross is a former Jamaican-American track and field athlete who competed internationally for the United States. She is a four-time Olympic gold-medalist and a 7-time medalist in Athletics at the World Championships, five of which are gold. In this episode, Sanya talks about her journey with running, how she got started and how she realized that she was going to be an Olympic Champion. She talks about the challenging decision she had to face just before the 2008 Games in Beijing and how she found the strength to deal with it. Sanya’s journey is quite inspirational.
