Sein Fokus liegt auf Internet- und Technologieunternehmen in frühen und Wachstumsphasen. Florian Obst ist Principal bei Speedinvest und leitet dort das datengestützte Deal Sourcing. Er deckt den Bereich Enterprise Software mit Schwerpunkt auf SaaS, Produktivität und KI-zentrierten Produkten ab. Florian studierte Finance an der Universität Maastricht und der UC Berkeley sowie Informatik am University College London, wo er sich mit agentenbasierten Modellen komplexer Systeme beschäftigte.
