Saprea, Dissociation, Abuse + my High School Reunion

This episode is subtitled, "dear Jessica" because well, it's for me, this episode, but also it's because I wanted to call Jessica as soon as I left my reunion last night and again this morning, -but it was too early in the morning to call and probably 4am in Utah so I this recorded instead… this episode as a reflection, the capturing of my post high school reunion thoughts and what it was like seeing my shadow life… The abuse and my brother come up so if you haven't listened yet to : The Episode Explaining Why my Brother was Arrested in order to understand the situation you should listen to that first.   I spent most of my high school disassociating and just walking around in a traumatized state and meeting people who knew me at that time of deep dissociation is really something interesting for me.    anybody who is affected by this episode I encourage you to reach out to Saprea or your local law enforcement victim advocate for resources  : https://saprea.org/heal/dissociation/
