As The Adulting Coach, Sara helps teens and young adults figure out for themselves who they want to be when they grow up so they can have the courage to suck at something new, confidently decide how they want to live their own life, and adult successfully. Young adults primarily need 3 things: 1. A judgment and pressure free space where they can share their fears and frustrations and think about what they really want. 2. Guidance to discover who they are, what matters to them and what really excites them at their core. 3. A supportive environment that provides them room to practice, test and implement their newfound skills. By having a neutral partner who has their back and helps them discover for themselves what they want, young adults develop the necessary skill and confidence to make decisions about their future.
