Sara McFall: Water Services Authority Head of Systems, Strategy and Performance on the report finding severe pressures on our water infrastructure
from The Mike Hosking Breakfast · host Newstalk ZB
There’s some optimism for the country's water future despite a bleak report into our infrastructure. It also finds about 15% of assessed drinking and wastewater pipes are in poor condition. The authority's Sara McFall told Mike Hosking in many cases, the condition of infrastructure is unknown. She says it is good to see the increased use of water meters, which lower water use and identify leaks. LISTEN ABOVE See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
