After dealing with postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter, Sara turned to plant medicine for some healing and insight. She was told to pick up her paint brushes again and once she did, everything began to flow again. Sara now runs a successful business where she incorporates all of her talents and abilities to help others maximise their potential.
