Sara Webb - Space Debris and the International Space Station

There are 130 million pieces of space debris in Earth’s orbit, each one travelling at around 8 to 10 kilometers an hour. Sara Webb an astrophysicist based at Swinburne University joins Phil to discuss what this means if you are inside the international space station.    National Science Week is happening from Saturday 15th until Sunday 23rd August.
