Sara went from wanting a C/S out of Fear of a painful birth to having an Empowering Natural Water Birth!

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Sara. Sara is a mother of two from Sweden. She and her husband run a retreat center in the countryside called Shawake, where they facilitate workshops and retreats in Shamanism, Awakening, Yoga and Meditation. Today we will dive into her dream birth with her daughter that also was a reclaiming of birth for Sara. Her first birth was a long and excruciating experience where her home birth turned into a medicated hospital birth. When she found out she was pregnant again she considered having a caesarean out of fear that this birth too would be long and excruciating. After debriefing her first birth with me and understanding why it was so painful and long as well as understanding how she could optimize her chances of having an easier natural birth this time around through the natural birth course she decided to try it.
