Sarah: A Woman of Great Faith

Sarah was the mother of the Jewish nation.   She was the mother of kings of peoples. She was a godly leader in her household.   She was an obedient wife. The author of Hebrews includes her:  Because of her faith, she received the power to conceive and birth Isaac. She considered God (who gave her the promise) to be reliable and trustworthy. She is counted as one of those who yearned and aspired to a better and more desirable country. I Peter 3: She did not give way to hysterical fears or anxious fits (even though she had several opportunities) but she obeyed her husband and she followed his guidance and leadership.
