Today's guest may be my youngest yet, however in her 14 years on earth, she has experienced the most harrowing times. Her mum passed away when she was 12 weeks old from an asthma attack, then 9 years later her Dads life was violently ended at the hands of her step mother. Through all her pain , a remarkable young woman has emerged, she is an incredibly talented singer, author and has hopes and dreams of a career in the Arts. In my  conversation with Sarah Corbett Lynch , she shares with us her own interpretation of grief and how she copes when it consumes her. She encourages us all to talk openly with our children about grief and prepare them for loss they will inevitably experience in life.
