Sarah Tobin - Feel your Feelings. Release your Emotions. Tap into YOU.

from Stretch Marks

NEW! "The 40's Stretch" - A new season from Stretch Marks PodcastHello you’re listening to Stretch Marks with me your host Sinéad O'Moore. This week I’m joined by a friend, a woman who has nourished her grief into an empathy that is helping others through a modality known as Emotional Freedom Technique and now author of her first book Tapping into You - Sarah Tobin. I first met Sarah about 7 years ago as she joined me to share her story of losing her newborn Alice and explored what all this “tapping” stuff was. As you listen to the episode here, you’ll see how I began as a bit of a cynic but as for us all in some shape or form, life brought me to my knees one day and without realising it - I was there tapping on the points that Sarah has once taught me and feeling a wash of calm - just enough to get through. This conversation is vibrant and loving and hopeful and full of light - but it does also reflect on our own personal experiences of grief and baby loss so just mind yourself if that is not what you need right now but I promise you it will introduce you to something that can  look after your emotional health. Preorder Sarah's Book HERESupported by McCabe's Pharmacy.
