As we continue our Back To School & Transition Series 📚 I am excited to welcome Sarah Sweeney, MSW.  Sarah Sweeney is 37 years old, and has her masters degree in social work. She likes to get to know people and hear their stories and really understand what makes them who they are. Currently, Sarah is in a transitional phase of life right now and sometimes that's not easy, but she feels it is important to keep learning and growing because in moving forward you never know what could be around the corner.
