Jamie Parillo, executive director of Saratoga History Musem returns as a guest on the podcast. We talk about the Canfield Casino and evolution of Saratoga. Saratoga's mineral water became a huge source of the economy and was prescribed by doctors to treat a variety of of ailments. We discuss the history of Saratoga bringing in a lot of immigrants from Ireland, as well as Italy. I learn about Congress Park and the history behind it.
