Sarhad
from cmstoryteller · host Chandan Mukherjee
In this poem, I have tried to portray the pain of people who have witnessed the 1947 partition. They were forced to leave their childhood friends, the roof and courtyard of their ancestral home, those roads and lanes. Now, all they can do is to recall those beautiful memories and put up with the pain.
